Radek's styles II

Radek's styles II 02/17/2004 07:51 AM

Earlier this month I blogged about Radek's newspaper styles for FeedDemon, and since then I've had a few people request that I make these styles available to those who are unable to visit my newsgroups.

I'm happy to report that Radek has beaten me to the punch and created his own site for FeedDemon styles, which you'll find at:

http://republika.pl/fdstyles/

As you'll discover, Radek's knowledge of XSLT has enabled him to create a number of unique styles, some of which do more than just display news items.

Radek's styles

Radek's styles 02/10/2004 02:47 AM

Long-time visitors to my newsgroups will surely recognize the name Radek, since he frequently creates custom newspaper styles for FeedDemon and posts them in the feeddemon.user.s tyles group.

If you haven't seen Radek's work, now is the time to check it out because he just re-posted a slew of his custom styles. To find them, just stop by the feeddemon.user.s tyles group and look for any of Radek's posts dated Feb. 4, 2004.

"Bug" Images and Inline Styles

"Bug" Images and Inline Styles 12/19/2004 03:15 PM
A good number of sites adopt some traditional newspaper formatting to help layout their syndicated format. The "bug" (an accompanying inline image) seems pretty common to me and I've always liked it as a design element. But I'm noticing that a good number of bugs are losing formatting information when viewed thru feedreaders. In nearly every case, it's because the style fo ...

But we did get permission, so the next beta will include BD Aqua Floating and BD Graphit Floating. You don’t have to wait, of course, you can go download and install them yourself.
