On Tuesday, CE Software announced the release of Trans Lucy 1.0, a DVD player for Mac OS X v.10.3 (Panther) that makes movies "float" above other applications and even allows you to display them translucently so that you can continue working while you watch. You can control Trans Lucy with hot keys and hide it or bring it to the foreground quickly.
