The G5 Power Macintosh is honored for being the first 64-bit consumer-targeted computer and its impressive system architecture, while iTMS is named for providing the Music Industry with a working business model for the Internet.

c|net is reporting that Apple has sold over 20 million songs from its iTunes Music Store since the service was launched in April 2003. Peter Lowe, director of marketing, also said that 45 percent of music purchases have been full albums rather than individual songs. In addition, Russ Cripnick vice president of NPD Group, released research that shows iTMS customers purchase more music than the average offline consumer.

Combining two of my current favorite things, Apple has added an RSS Generator to the iTunes Music Store. You can now custom build a feed based upon the genre(s) that interest you and if they are new releases, just added, etc... Pretty cool use of RSS.
