Screenshot DOLFIN is the C++ interface of the FEniCS project for the Automation of Computational Mathematical Modeling (ACMM). It includes tools for the solution of ordinary differential equations (ODE) and partial differential equations (PDE). It is developed at the Toyota Technological Institute at Chicago and the Chalmers University of Technology.
Changes:
Support was added for mixing multiple finite elements in the same variational formulation (through FFC). This version depends on PETSc version 2.2.1 and FFC version 0.1.6. Support has been dropped for PETSc 2.2.0. Functionality was added for easy creation of simple meshes (unit square and unit cube). The homotopy solver was also improved.
