Reuters - Oracle Corp.'s (ORCL.O) $26-a-share takeover offer for rival PeopleSoft Inc. (PSFT.O) is its "final offer," Oracle Chief Executive Larry Ellison said in a letter sent to PeopleSoft shareholders on Tuesday.
