Knowledge Base is licensed for 20 computers and uses an open database design. It also includes up to 10 images for every Knowledge Base article. You can also modify an article's date and who edited the article. Knowledge Base is perfect for storing hardware/software problems and solutions, or anything else you can throw at it. Knowledge Base integrates well into an existing network. It also has: a simplistic design, customizable categories and users, and a pretty handy search feature. The Trial version allows for 25 Knowledge Base Articles.
