Following up on a report from Rebelscum reader Caleb, I checked out my local Target store today and came across another lightsaber in the Original Trilogy Collection Role Play assortment: Anakin Skywalker's Electronic Lightsaber. This is the same toy that was released in the Saga and Clone Wars assortments, only this time in the black-and-silver packaging without the OTC logo. The basic lightsaber assortment was also hanging on the pegs, with a simple black-and-silver Star Wars logo.

This time it is Count Dooku's lightsaber. This is the same toy that was released in the Saga and Clone Wars assortments, only this time in the black-and-silver packaging without the OTC logo. During my toy run today, I came across another previously-unknown lightsaber in the Original Trilogy Collection Role Play assortment: Obi-Wan Kenobi's lightsaber. Here are a few details on Target's exclusive "Lava Vader" from "Metalzombie". I work for a Target DC, and on Sunday we had about four skid loads of the Target exclusive Darth Vader's roll in. My buddy and me popped a case open, and they look incredibly sweet. They come packaged in a clear plastic case, like the vintage OTC ones, with Star Wars: Revenge Of The Sith on the back. The bottom says Target Exclusive, with a red picture of Vader to the left, and the sticker across the top simply says "Darth Vader".

TRU Employee sends along a few more details on the upcoming Silver Darth Vader figure from Toys "R" Us. The warehouses are expected to get the figures in stock between October 10th and 16th. There are 7000 on order for that date. Hopefully the stores will be getting them in around then, too, but no updates on that yet. No news on specifically what the promotion will be either yet.

Today's POTF2 European Photo Archive update continues with two Jedis: Darth Vader and Ben (Obi-Wan) Kenobi. The design of European cards moved with the Flashback line to two similar but different cards. One for North Europe countries with 4 languages (English, German, French and Dutch) and the second one for South Europe countries with 4 languages too (German, French, Spanish and Italian). It meaned also that it was the end of the Italian cards. Rebelscum presents for the moment only the South Europe cards.

A little over a year ago I started a little Master Replicas case project, trying to fill in the void they created by not offering cases for the Darth Maul saber and Jedi Training Remote replicas. What was first going to be 10 cases for fellow collectors in the forum ended up being hundreds of cases made by the same company that does them for Master Replicas. As such, the fit and finish is identical to the second generation and currently shipping cases. I've shipped all the committed cases and still have a few left.
