Indian tea scientists have produced a tea-flavoured pill that can be chewed or quickly dissolved in hot or cold water.

The brownish tablet weighs 0.3 grams and consists of 80 percent tea and 20 percent other flavours -- a combination the inventors at the Tocklai tea research centre in Assam say peps you up just like a traditional cuppa.

"You can suck it, chew it or dissolve it in water the way you like to have it and still feel the taste of a real cup of tea," said the centre's director, Mridul Hazarika.

This is the first article in a series titled "Intelligent CMS", intended to shed some light upon CMS development using several popular Open Source tools, including PHP, the relational database system MySQL (http://www.mysql.com), and the Apache Webserver (http://httpd.apache.org). Drawing upon five years of experience building Web-based CMS applications using these tools, it is my intention and hope to provide you with at least a few useful tidbits of information that will ultimately save time, resources, and at times, tears when developing your own CMS applications.

In this inauguration article, we'll examine several such tidbits, specifically those which apply to Web forms. These tidbits take the form (no pun intended) of four "Best Practices", each tackling a form-related concept that I have seen to be problematic among burgeoning PHP developers. It was brought to my attention today that Yahoo is copyrighting the RSS feeds for those that are setting up Yahoo 360 accounts. Some are already refusing to use the service because in a sense Yahoo now owns your content.

This may be a oversight on Yahoo's part and I hope it is, I will probaly use their service anyway but probably not the blog portion and give them some time to answer these issues. [Yahoo 360 Copyrights Personal RSS Feeds]

The Yahoo! email section has also seen a cosmetic upgrade along with 100MB email capacity (as opposed to the previous 6MB) and 10MB message size capability.
