SkipJam iMedia 04/13/2005 11:07 AM

SKIPJAM.jpgThe SkipJam iMedia mothership, announced last June, has finally landed. Designed to work with up to 10 analog inputs (DVD players, cable boxes, closed-circuit wine cellar cams), the iMedia can store and stream audio and video to any PC or SkipJam-enabled device over Ethernet or WiFi.

SkipJam also offers audio and video players which are designed to work in concert with the iMedia hub. It’s the same idea as Microsoft’s Media Center, but ostensibly DRM-free.
