AqBanking 1.0.4beta (AqHBCI branch)
03/29/2005 02:42 AM
AqBanking is a modular and generic interface to
online banking tasks, financial file formats
(import/export) and bank/country/currency
information. It provides frontends for Qt, KDE,
GTK, and console. AqBanking uses backend plugins
to actually perform the online tasks. HBCI and
DTAUS discs are currently supported. AqBanking is
used by GnuCash, KMyMoney, and QBankManager.
Changes:
This version fixes many problems with some banks
in PIN/TAN mode, so it should now work with even
more banks. When logging connections in PIN/TAN
mode, the PIN is no longer logged. Eu-Transfers
have been implemented.

(Default branch)
03/22/2005 03:51 PM

The SOPE package is an extensive set of frameworks (16 frameworks,
~1500 classes) which form a complete Web application server
environment. Besides the Apple WebObjects compatible appserver
extended with Zope concepts, it contains a large set of reusable
classes: XML processing (SAX, DOM, XML-RPC), MIME/IMAP4 processing,
LDAP connectivity, RDBMS connectivity, and iCalendar parsing. The
parts of the package can be used stand-alone (e.g. in Cocoa
applications) and do not require the appserver parts. For MacOSX
developers, the package includes SOPE:X, which contains special Xcode
and Cocoa support for SOPE.
Changes:
Some minor issues in the WebDAV layer were fixed.
A plist parsing bug in the rule engine was
eliminated (required for OGo trunk), and the
configuration was improved.

Using XML with PHP without any apache
changes
Using XML with PHP without any apache
changes
08/13/2002 12:05 PMXML is sexy, PHP and XML is a cheap and good way to create and
syndicate your website. Now, when you have your own server, you can
set up all the necessary apache add-ons to explore the PHP-XML
relationship to the full extend. When you own a virtual server at an
ISP, you can't do that. Still, there is a way to use XML with PHP
without doing any changes to the server, the answer is a small but
fine PHP script.

problem solved! I love it when that happens. I didn't even have to
recompile FeedPoster.

04/09/2004 04:05 PM"It seems that one of the key features of Apache 2 is the new threaded
worker module which uses threads to serve more requests more
efficiently than 1.3's multi-process based server. While the core Zend
engine of PHP is thread-safe many of the critical libraries that PHP
relies on for its advanced functionality (image processing, database
connectivity and so forth) are not, and are unlikely to become so any
time in the future. In a threaded environment PHP is likely to suffer
