The new release, 2.0.4, adds timesheet tracking, enabling users to enter all their timed work at once. The feature includes auto-fill capabilities and the ability to print, view and export timesheets as well. Also new is category totaling for invoices, new sorting options and other changes. CaptureWorks has announced the release of JobCapture 5, the latest update to the company's software that tracks work activity, including time spent with specific applications, on each user's computer and generates reports. The upgrade to version 5 adds the ability to track work at the project level, the option to add new applications to the tracking list without the need for a plug-in, seamless integration with legacy systems through CaptureConnect SDK, which allows third party developers to create external connections with CaptureWorks' software, and more. Pricing is US$199 per tracked computer, which includes the Manager application that consolidates all the information gathered over the network. The client and server software requires Mac OS X v10.2.4 or higher, with negligible hard disk space and RAM demands on the client side and 128MB RAM and 3MB per user per month required on the server side.
