Shopping Cart Builder allows a merchant to setup and operate an online
store quickly and easily.
Changes:
A minor checkout fix. An email receipt total format fix. A shipping
total format fix in skin1, skin2, and skin3. A minor "Your Order
Summary" fix. In settings, the image directory was still not being set
correctly on install. It still had a "?" in it. This has been fixed.
Several db structure fixes under the db.xml definition. Minor setup
fixes. Minor cross-selling validation in skin1, skin2, and skin3. A
Secure Host Name fix. An improved upgrade script. The ability to set
Secure Host Name in General Settings has been added.

closedShop - Open Source Shopping attempts to
provide an easy to set up, manage, and utilize
shopping cart. Based on Perl and MySQL, its aim
will be to provide all the features a commercial
shopping cart offers at no cost.
Changes:
CCV2 code storing was added. Changing email flags
for sendmail is now allowed. An affiliates/sales
commissions module was added. Cosmetic changes
were made with style sheets. Quantities and stock
tracking was updated and works better now.
Security against cookie attacks was improved.
Images can be externally linked or removed from
another Web page. The readme and documentation
files were updated. The admin login page was
changed to show statistics and inventory levels.
The state list may now be removed (for non-US
use). The country list may now be restricted to a
specific country. A cash on delivery option was
added. Various bugfixes were made. Installation is
easier and more robust.

Riding trends as only morning shock jock DJs can, this
'Pimped Out Shopping Cart' will be making some hobo out there very
happy. Built as a promotional tool for a morning radio show called
'Lex and Terry,' the shopping cart is filled with a laundry list of
street survival and entertainment options, including GPS, an alarm, 80
LED lights, a refrigerator and heater, and a LCD TV. The whole thing
is solar powered, too, pumping juice into an Optima battery for use
throughout the cold, dark night.
The blue powder-coated cart will be given away on the air at some
point in the near future. The modification was done by 'Techni-Car,'
who looks like they had a lot of fun doing it.

time is spent filling out forms over and over again. Using Blogger,
get a blog (and configure it to use your FTP server, if so desired).
Using Picasa, create a new Hello account and configure it for the
blog. Using PayPal, get a merchant account. Using Picasa and Hello,
send a merchandise photo with a short description to BloggerBot. Using
PayPal's merchant tools, generate an "add to cart" button for the
item. Using Blogger, edit the new post to include a title, a
description, and "add to cart" and "view cart" buttons. Feedback
welcomed as to how this performs for y'all out there; it's working
like a charm for Corona Hats....
