Due in July, Boba Fett's Slave I vehicle is coming out as part of the Original Trilogy Collection. Using the same mold as the Jango Fett's ship, but with a new (or is that old?) paint scheme, look for this ship to cost somewhere around $30-35. Rumor has a pilot figure will be included as well, although no news yet as to which Fett this will be.

Rebelscum reader Manny was able to get shots of a production OTC Slave I from his buddy Duane, who was able to acquire one. The toy pictured above was purchased loose and without the Fett figure, therefore the figure in the cockpit is a standard 300th Edition Boba Fett. Thankfully though, we were able to learn that the extra weapons that were not included with the Jango Fett’s Slave I from the Saga line are in fact removable. Hats off to Manny and Duane for the photographs, and especially for the cool comparison shots.

On a recent trip to London, I picked up a copy of the new(ish) comic "Bear," from Slave Labor Graphics. It's damned funny stuff -- I've asked my corner comix store to put aside new issues for me.

When you're only twelve-inch high teddy bear, you're at a disadvantage, anyway, but Bear has more pressing worries on his mind. His days are spent watching TV on his owner Karl's couch, with short breaks for biscuit-eating or reminiscences on his long, distinguished, and quite frankly, rather unlikely military career.
