Screenshot TEA is a modest and easy-to-use GTK+2-based editor with many useful features for HTML editing. It features a small footprint, a tabbed layout engine, support for multiple encodings, code snippets, templates, customizable hotkeys, an "open at cursor" function for HTML files and images, miscellaneous HTML tools, preview in external browser, string manipulation functions, SRT subtitles editing, Morse-code tools, bookmarks, syntax highlighting, and drag-and-drop support.
Changes:
Latvian and Spanish UI translations were added along with a function for converting CSV-like tables to LaTeX tables and bugfixes and minor UI improvements.

Microsoft has allowed XP users who were leery of taking delivery of Windows XP Service Pack 2 to postpone the patch by using automatic-patch-blocking tools. Microsoft is now giving XP customers using Windows Update/Automatic Update a deadline (April 12, 2005) by which they need to finish preparing for SP2 before Microsoft pushes SP2 out to them.
