Slowly and quietly, veterans of the tech boom are returning to work. While the hustle and bustle of the the “big boom” may be over, the drive and dedication of those that were there still lives on. William L. Schrader, who was once the founder and CEO of a company known as PSINet, is a shining example of making a quiet comeback.
