Mad Catz Announces First DS Accessories
09/27/2004 09:04 AMI'm not a big fan of Mad Catz products, as a rule, but they do have
the minor distinction of being the first company to announce
peripherals/accessories for the upcoming Nintendo DS handheld,
including a hard case, screen protectors, game cases, a car charger,
AC adapter, earphones, replacement styluses, and 'DS Kit' and 'DS II
Mobile Kit' bundles. This will probably be the last time I mention DS
accessories like this, though, so lets just take a moment to
reflect.

audio jack, on switch, USB port, and LED. The front and back halves of
the case are joined together by 4 small screws, so your iPod Shuffle
is guaranteed to be secure. Lightweight yet strong, the iVault and the
iPod Shuffle together weigh less than 1.5 ounces. The iVault is

The Griffin iVault is priced at USD$29.99 and it is scheduled to begin

Yeah, that probably got your attention. But thanks to event sponsors
iPodResQ, the iPod mini is just one prize among many that we'll be

to do to win? All you have to do is show up with your iPod, connect it
to our sound system, and play "DJ" for twelve minutes as you share the
highlights of your own music library with the rest of us (as many
songs as you like, as long as it fits within the time limit). Yep,
it's your very own twelve minutes of fame.

08/13/2004 07:17 AMGriffin Technology has introduced

charger keeps your iPod's battery at full capacity. The RoadTrip plugs
into any 12-volt outlet or cigarette lighter in your car and its
