Metasonix TX-1 Agonizer: Unacceptable
Edition

Metasonix TX-1 Agonizer: Unacceptable
Edition
09/20/2004 07:06 AM

TX1big.jpg imageMy favorite music FX company, Metasonix, has tickled my inbox with information about a new edition of their MetaSonix TX-1 Agonizer now available (called the "Unacceptable Edition") with a brand new "SUCKBASS" filter switch that completely removes any pleasing bass noise from the otherwise "scrotal curdling" sound. Metasonix was forced to create a new version of the TX-1 when - despite repeated warnings and pleadings that the Agonizer did not make a sound fit of aural consumption - they completely sold out of the previous version. For $500, you too can now have the only vacuum-tube Agonizer in the world with from-the-factory "strangle" and "pound" knobs.

Full press release after the jump, in typical Metasonix "style."
