And the shock can be delivered to any number of people who get in the way. Shoot a car with it and it'll shut down the electronic ignition, stopping the bad guys in their tracks. Early versions will have a limited range — 3 meters or so — but you gotta know that the boys in the lab are working feverishly to change that. Scary stuff for bad guys.
