Tests were performed at the University of Kansas under the supervision of Dr. Daniel Deavours, Director of Research at the RFID Alliance Lab and Assistant Professor at the University of Kansas. Dr. Deavours issued the following statement on behalf of the RFID Alliance Lab. “On December 14, the Lab tested all 105 labels with a ThingMagic Mercury 4 reader. Secured Digital Applications, Inc. today announced the opening of a second Apple retail center located in the Hartamas Shopping Centre in Sri Hartamas, a suburb of Kuala Lumpur. The store, AppleCentre@Hartamas, will expand on the "digital lifestyle" concept developed by Gallant, one of the leading Apple retailers in Malaysia. The new store offers a one-stop showroom of retail products and will also have a training facility. The company projects sales of about $1.5 million for 2005. Patrick Lim, Chairman and CEO of Secured Digital, said they are also planning to open a third store sometime during 2005.
