Office 2004 for Mac 11.1.1 Update Improves Stability -- Microsoft has released an update to the English and Japanese versions of Microsoft Office 2004 (French, German, Italian, and Swedish versions still to come). All Office programs gain improved display of inserted PICT images and correct importing of black-and-white scans from Xerox scanners. In addition, Excel 2004 features improved performance when calculating array formulas that include a user-defined function, PowerPoint 2004 better handles opening presentations with invalid font information, and there's a fix that could cause Office 2004 programs to freeze when users with Adobe Acrobat opened documents containing forms created in Visual Basic for Applications.
