Changes:
Problems with Qt library translations have been fixed. The packager now uses correct version numbers in the generated packages. A few other important bugs were fixed. The IDE has been translated into Japanese and Hungarian.

Changes:
The source package has been completely reorganized. Now, almost every component has its own source sub-package which is independent of the others. Components can now be written in Gambas. GTK+, SDL, and ODBC components have been updated.

Changes:
Two new instructions, 'INPUT FROM' and 'OUTPUT TO', to redirect the default input and output stream. A new syntax for OPEN: 'File = OPEN ...' instead of 'OPEN ... AS #File'. You can get the output of a process directly with String = EXEC. The GTK+ component and SDL component were updated.
