If the fact that I run a one-person company isn't proof enough of my masochistic tendencies, then here's the clincher: 10 weeks ago I signed up for a boot fitness program that involved intense strength training five days a week.

I'm happy (albeit exhausted) to report that today was my last day, and over the course of the program I've watched my body fat percentage drop from 19% to 11%.

And like any good programmer, right now I'm celebrating my graduation by gorging on a large Papa John's pizza :)

Two or three were needed because invariably someone would fold, spindle or mutilate at least one leaving me hours from my own desk and no way to create another.
