NewsFactor - PeopleSoft's (Nasdaq: PSFT) board of directors delivered an expected "No thank you" by recommending to its shareholders that they not sell to Oracle (Nasdaq: ORCL). The world's second-largest software firm had just sweetened its bid from about US$$7.3 billion ($19.50 per share) to roughly $9.4 billion ($26 per share).
