Renowned Business Guru, Dr Eli Goldratt,
Makes His Viable Vision Offer to Top

‘Vision Work’ from Dr Eli Goldratt
03/14/2005 04:09 PMDr. Eliyahu Goldratt, author of the international best-selling
business book “The Goal” will be in Bogota on April 5, Chicago April
8, Amsterdam April 19, and Kiev April 21 for his Viable Vision Offer
world tour. Other countries on the 2005 tour include: China, Chile,
Hungary, India, and Brazil. The Viable Vision Offer is based on
Goldratt’s body of work in the Theory of Constraints (TOC). Goldratt
defines a Viable Vision as the specific strategy and tactics to turn a
company’s current sales level into their profit level within 4 years.
For example, a $100 million sales company will achieve a $100 million
profit level within 4 years. [PRWEB Mar 9, 2005]

story. He says that he found out today that the Jawa Sandcrawler is an

carrying it in Australia. Both major and independent retailers can all
order it direct from Hasbro - so far Toys "R" Us and
Case Fresh.com have taken it up.

Australian Air-Powered Engine
Australian Air-Powered Engine

An Australian man has invented
a vehicle powered by compressed air, although it's not the world's
first, despite his claims (I've seen other prototypes before).
However, the best part of Angelo Di Pietro's design is that it tosses
almost all of the moving parts traditionally associated with engines,
instead leaving traditional pistons-in-cylinder designs for a rotary
(don't know about its Wankelness, but there you go).
The test vehicle has reached 31MPH, too, so we're not talking a
little joke vehicle, although they didn't mention how long a tank
would power the little cart. I did notice that Di Pietro's
company, EngineAir, also designs roots blowers. Perhaps we'll soon see
the world's first forced induction compressed air engine? (Thanks,
Christopher!)
